Newcom Mining Services became a supplier to Oyu Tolgoi earlier this year, they supply spare parts and motor oils to the largest mining project in Mongolia.
Established by Newcom LLC to run a distribution and supply business to the construction and mining industries, the company offers a full range of services including machinery rentals, technical support, operators and logistical services. The company is an official distributor of Terex and Genies. Since this business started, they have been contributing to the development of the infrastructure and economy of the Gobi region.

The company cooperates with large mining companies and with the Oyu Tolgoi project we have established a successful partnership. In the future we plan to provide the associated services to the machinery and equipment we supply”.
Newcom Mining Service is opening the first and the biggest auto sales and service facility in Khankhongor soum of the Umnugobi aimag, by mid-December, 2012. The facility occupies a total of 10 hectares, and includes a heavy machinery wash room and a workers’ residential area with accommodation for 200 maintenance personnel. The company is planning to build a similar, large facility in Khanbogd soum of Umnugobi aimag.
