The company was founded in 2008 as Tokiken LLC and now work with foreign companies in the areas of mining construction, facilities studies, urban and rural infrastructure development planning and design, system and engineering design, and advanced technological studies and construction work.

The company was founded in 2008 as Tokiken LLC and now work with foreign companies in the areas of mining construction, facilities studies, urban and rural infrastructure development planning and design, system and engineering design, and advanced technological studies and construction work.
The company general manager P.Batchuluun says: “We have been working with Oyu Tolgoi since 2012. We provide engineering studies and technical and consulting services. Our engineering team plans construction and undertakes design studies for the buildings and facilities which are being constructed at the mine site. Our four employees work at the mine on a roster of 28 working days followed by 14 days off.” We have learned a lot about safety by working with Oyu Tolgoi. Our engineers have learned a lot about international standards in design and planning.”
NCCS tests materials for Oyu Tolgoi and is responsible for conducting technical monitoring. Various electric cables, windows and materials like concrete used at the site are tested at the company’s certified laboratory. It is increasingly important to introduce, provide advice and train foreign companies in Mongolian national norms, regulations and standards. NCCS is working to meet this increasing demand. The company is aiming to become a specialist engineering company in the future.
In order to recognise and publicise the extraordinary services provided by suppliers, Oyu Tolgoi regularly recognizes the best suppliers in categories such as best small supplier, best medium size supplier and best South Gobi supplier. NCCS LLC was selected as the supplier of the month in December 2013.
