Oyu Tolgoi Procurement will soon launch OASIS – Oyu Advanced Supplier Integrated System (formerly known as Oyu). Our new platform designed to build more efficient and connected procurement process.
It will provide more opportunities for suppliers to participate in procurement and simplify the way we work together.
Advantages of OASIS system to suppliers:
- Your gateway to future engagements: OASIS will be the central database for all suppliers. By registering in OASIS, your company will be recognized and eligible to receive invitations to participate in procurement opportunities through OASIS or Ariba. It is essential to stay registered and keep your information up to date to be considered for upcoming bid opportunities.
- Simplified process: OASIS functionalities (EOI, Bid, and Auction) ensure accuracy, and a fully traceable process. If you are invited to participate in a bid, you will receive step-by-step guidance on how to use OASIS for bid submission and participation.
- Secure and compliant: Integrated with the KHUR Government Information Exchange System, OASIS ensures your company’s information complies with national standards and remains secure.
The soft launch is scheduled for the week of June 2nd, and the platform will be fully operational in June 2025, when OASIS officially goes live.
We encourage all new and existing suppliers to register early and explore the system to ensure continued engagement opportunities.
If you are an already registered supplier in the “OYU” system, what you need to do now:
- Access OASIS at [https://oasis.ot.mn/] and begin your registration using the email registered with your current Oyu SQMS account.
- Consent to KHUR access: When logging in for the first time, you’ll be asked to review and agree to connect to KHUR. Please read the consent carefully before clicking “Agree.”
- System manual: We are sending you the Supplier Registration Manual and strongly recommend that you read it carefully before logging into the system. The manuals are also accessible from the OASIS dashboard.
If you have open Expressions of Interest (EOIs) and Request For Quotation (RFQ) in progress, they will continue to be processed through the existing OYU system until those procurement processes are completed. However, all newly announced procurement requests will be managed through the OASIS system once it is fully operational.
