The opportunity

We are looking for three ( 3) Team Leader Mechanical in Oyu Tolgoi LLC – Underground Fixed Plant Maintenance department at OT site based 14 days on and 14 days off.

The purpose of this role is to provide frontline leadership and Ensures effective and consistent delivery of services on maintenance activities of the functional area in line with the company policies and procedures to achieve the team’s objectives and targeted plan.

What the role entails

  • Identifies & validates notifications & work requests to consolidate all known maintenance requirements.
  • Participates in plans to Ensures maintenance work task execution can be performed safely, efficiently & effectively.
  • Schedules maintenance activities to optimise cost & efficiency.
  • Prepares for maintenance activities ensures that all resources all planned, scheduled & allocated for execution.
  • Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) maintenance & parts management.
  • Collects & collates work management data for review.

What you will need for this role

  • Post-secondary or equivalent education obtained through degrees, certificates (e.g. apprenticeship or trades certificate) or diplomas from academic or vocational training centres. Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline is preferable.
  • Maintenance Engineers or relevant discipline is preferable.
  • At least 3 years relevant experience, or otherwise the significant practical experience and on the job training.
  • Able to use & create variety of documents & templates & effectively perform daily Word, Excel & PowerPoint processing tasks, such as, producing routine letters, memorandums, tracking sheet, preparing meeting agenda, session presentation,
  • Relevant experience typically achieved through vocational trainings and equivalent practical experience or on-the-job training.
