The opportunity
We are looking for one ( 1) Specialist Project in Oyu Tolgoi LLC Camp & Site Service department based in Ulaanbaatar.
The purpose of this role is to report KPI of main activities in Camp and Site services departmen and provide systematic guidance on project deliverables to achieve the department’s objectives and targeted plan. CSS department oversee the manning number for flights and accommodation which requires people data analyze for determining the capacities of flight and accommodation as well planning the department annual budget.
What the role entails
- Sources and acquires information from internal and external sources in purpose of planning and reporting for management team.
- Safeguards data while aquiring, restoring, and sharing information.
- Produces dashboards and reports which enable stakeholders to utilise and analyse key performance indicators.
- Provides training for stakeholders on system and proccess;
- Contributes to the team’s continuous improvement of creating and reporting data.
- Supports Camp and Site Services teams in operational improvement.
- Assists in the design and deployment of good initiatives and ensure they are aligned to the business needs and able to be adopted.
- Supports to improve skills of team members and effectiveness of leadership.
- Communicates with local and global businesses, understands their information management requirements, and responds in a timely manner.
- Manages new project initiatives during the initial, planning, scheduling, and implementation phases in line with business needs.
- Provides data and business analysis of people number onsite to support good planning for flight and accommodation capacity.
What you will need for this role
- Post-secondary or equivalent education obtained through degrees, certificates (e.g. apprenticeship or trades certificate) or diplomas from academic or vocational training centres.
- Business Administration or Business Analyst performing function.
- Relevant experience typically achieved through vocational trainings and equivalent practical experience or on-the-job training…
- Ability to speak and write in English will be advantage
