The opportunity
We are looking for One (1) Operator Concentrator in Oyu Tolgoi LLC – Surface operations – Concentrator Operations Department based Oyu Tolgoi Site with 14 days on and 14 days off.
Oyu Tolgoi LLC is operating a copper-gold mine in southern territory of Mongolia. The company aspires a vision ‘Natural wealth to enduring value, knowledge, and skill’, and pursues a mission, ‘Together deliver a safe and globally competitive copper business that contributes to the prosperity of Mongolia’ to build one of the largest copper-gold mine worldwide. The incumbent works to deliver these mission and vision, together with the all members of the company, while supporting the functions of Surface operations – Concentrator Operations department. The function of this role relates to administering the systematic and coordinated activities and practices through which an organisation optimally and sustainably manages its assets and asset systems, their associated performance, risks and expenditures over their life cycles for the purpose of achieving its organisational strategic plan.

- Help improve safety.
- Engage my team members in effective problem-solving including Go Look, See & Listen to ensure I understand the issues.
- Identify opportunity to improve and provide feedback to my supervisor.
What you will need for this role
- Secondary or equivalent education obtained through degrees, certificates or diplomas from academic or vocational high school trainings.
- Maintenance Engineers or Science, Engineering, Health, Safety, Environment or relevant discipline relevant discipline is preferable.
At least 3 years relevant experience, or otherwise the significant practical experience and on the job training.
