The opportunity
We are looking for two (2) Officer Recruitment in Oyu Tolgoi LLC – People and Organizations department.
Locations:
- Ulaanbaatar city (6 months)
- Dalanzadgad city, Umnugobi (1 year)
The purpose of this role is to provide services and support on human resources activities of the functional area in line with the company policies and procedures to achieve the team’s objectives and targeted plan.
What the role entails
- Follow the company’s code of business conduct, The Way We Work and other company policies and procedures at all times
- Facilitate and coordinate end to end recruitment and selection process from planning/advertising to interview/skill assessment, from pre-employment checks to job offer
- Plan and implement recruitment campaign for each role and recommend selection tools to hiring manager(s);
- To enhance efficiency in Southgobi’s employment initiatives and actively support of diversity in recruitment,
- Create and maintain records of each recruitment campaign as per archiving requirements
- Utilize the recruitment system(s) in accordance with end-to-end recruitment activities and processes, ensuring accurate and timely maintenance of data to facilitate reporting.
- Manage candidates through the recruitment process utilizing available reporting to optimize candidate experience
- Ensure recruiting activities are meeting the client needs and address areas of concern
- Follow ethical codes that protect the confidentiality of information
- Supporting HR related tasks
What you will need for this role
- University degree in Human resources, Business management, Psychology or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in similar roles in HR or Recruitment.
- Southgobi (Umnugobi) resident is an advantage
- Experience with computing program in Power BI, Excel, Program
- Demonstrated professionalism and integrity with previous experience in dealing with confidential information.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish good working relationship at all levels
- Good verbal and written English and Mongolian
- Working proficiency in Microsoft office programs – Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a plus.
