The opportunity
We are looking for One (1) Maintainer in Oyu Tolgoi LLC – Site Infrastructure and Services- Mechanical maintenance Department based Oyu Tolgoi Site with 14 days on and 14 days off.
Maintain and execute maintenance activities as per assigned by Team leader and Supervisors in safety requirements & ensuring maintenance processes are consistently applied.
What the role entails:
- Fix Site wide building overhead/roller door damages such as frame and other structures
- Assembling various structures
- Studies electrical specifications in blueprints, sketches, or building plans to conduct the job and determine dimensions and materials required
- Troubleshoots electrical motor failure and repairs mechanical components
- Shapes or cuts materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws
- Follows established safety rules and regulations and maintaining a safe and clean environment
- Assembles and fastens materials to make frameworks or props, using hand tools and wood screws, nails, dowel pins, or glue
What you will need for this role
- Undergraduate or equivalent or higher education obtained through degrees or diplomas from academic college or universities.
- At least 3 years relevant experience, or otherwise the significant practical experience and on the job training
