Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a Mongolian citizen
- Completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in 2023, 2024, or 2025 from an accredited university (domestic or international)
- Graduated in a declared field of study
- Proficiency in English language above intermediate level
- Good understanding of safety operations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Actively participated in community or voluntary activities
- Must have a strong desire for self-development
