The opportunity
We are looking for One (1) Analyst Tactical Integration in Oyu Tolgoi LLC – Underground Tactical Operations Department based Oyu Tolgoi Site with 14 days on and 14 days off.
The purpose of this role is to create high quality integrated plan and scheduling in tactical weekly, daily time horizons to achieve the Rolling Monthly Plan.
What the role entails:
- Development and communication of the weekly mining schedule through a highly consultative and integrated process with underground operations stakeholders;
- Working in accordance with Oyu Tolgoi Values;
- Allocate shared resources to UG stakeholders based on work priorities and best for the business intentions;
- Develop supporting documentation and detailed plans to enable the accurate and efficient completion of planned tasks
- Generate and maintain daily to weekly timeframe tracking and compliance information and present compliance reports to stakeholders;
- Regular underground inspections of development and production activities and planned task

- provide visible leadership in the field
- data collection that enables accurate and thorough preparation of plans and work orders;
- Assist and manage improvement projects within the scope of the scheduling team;
- Develop written guidelines and documentation to allow effective team function.
What you will need for this role
- Undergraduate or equivalent or higher education obtained through degrees or diplomas from academic college or universities.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operational mine scheduling or project scheduling
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills;
- Direct experience with complex planning environment and systems;
- Good analytical skills including critical thinking, logical reasoning and data analysis highly regarded;
- Knowledge on PI, SQL, Tableau, and/or Power BI are highly regarded;
