“Oyu Tolgoi” LLC (the ‘Company’) would like to ask the Mongolian manufacturers to submit their capability information in relation to the Manufacturing of the filter cloth for the Concentrator Press filter machines.
[A RFI is a process to understand and identify whether there are potential suppliers in the market those are capable of manufacturing the above-mentioned goods in Mongolia.]
Requested Information:
Manufacturers are invited to provide:
- Manufacturing capability information of the suppliers who are currently manufacturing below Filter cloth and supplying it to similar mining company.
- Item description: Cloth filter for Larox press filter (Model: PF 144 M1 60).

General requirements:
This RFI is eligible for only Mongolian manufacturers that are:
- Registered in Mongolia and have an operating factory in Mongolia.
- Currently manufacture the filter cloth with matching specifications.
- Supply the filter cloths to similar mining companies.
Interested manufacturers are invited to submit their Information along with the following documentation:
Mandatory documents:
- State registration certificate (copy)*
- HSE policy & procedures (copy)*
- Business Code of Conduct (copy)*
- Financial statement from last 3 years (copy)*
- Brief introduction of company
- Ownership/ shareholder information
- Executive team structure/ introduction
- Organization structure & Total manpower
* If latest copies are already uploaded in “Oyu” Supplier Database, please make a note on the RFI submission checklist.
Scope specific documents:
- Scope specific experience and customer reference, if any
- Factory picture, drawing and capacity information
- Manufactured filter cloth picture and datasheet showing that is meeting our requirements
- Quality assurance and quality check (QA/QC) information.
RFI documents must be prepared in Mongolian and/or English as per the requirement and must be submitted by e-mail to RFxBox@ot.mn before 5.00 pm (Ulaanbaatar time), 08 September, 2025.

- The Company is only seeking RFI from potential suppliers and makes no representation or promise in relation to procuring work from a supplier or suppliers.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse any document(s) which is incomplete or submitted after the specified date & time.
- The Company will not accept any RFI stored in internet storage or in any other webpages and links.
- The Company will not be responsible for any costs associated with preparing and submitting an RFI to the Company
- There will be no Questions and Answers provided during the RFI process.
