The opportunity
We are looking for two ( 2) Officer fuelling in Oyu Tolgoi LLC – Logistics department based at Oyu Tolgoi mine with the roster of 14 days on and 14 days off.
The primary purpose of this role to oversee daily receiving at Fuel Depot#1 and Fuel Depot#2 and distributing across site. A Daily log sheet to include but not limited fuel dispensed to each unit. This is a highly responsible position requiring talent to operate large mobile fuel trucks in tight quarters and around other active mining equipment traffic patterns
What the role entails
Fuelling operations:
- Receipting (to manage documents of outcome and income)
- Dipping
- Escorting in and out
- Intersite and Intrasite distribution
- Weigh bridge operation
- To prepare monthly report
- Maintain adequate Fuel stock level
Safety
- Ensure that the highest standard of Safety performance.
- No violation of OT LLC’s safety policies.
- Report all incidents immediately
Customer Relationships
- Provide a high level of customer support
- Perform tasks diligently, effectively and accurately
- Develop a positive working relationship with the customer
What you will need for this role
- Bachelors in Finance and Hydrocarbon (oil), Chemistry or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of work related work experience. Additional experience operating forklifts ad vehicular man lifts would be beneficial
- Mongolian driver’s license with classifications of B, C, D and M
- Certificate of operating a forklift and elevating work platform
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- English competency (both written and oral) is essential
